and are located at : CRTA. ARANJUEZ – TOLEDO , CM 4001 KM 34 How to Reach UsTraveling by CarComing from Madrid: Follow the A 4 highway, (Madrid - direction Córdoba) and exit at km. 43. At the roundabout take direction Toledo - CM 2001. Follow this road (CM 4001) until you find the COVECA facilities at km. 34. GPS : It is best to enter the name of the village AÑOVER DE TAJO in your GPS, which will bring you onto the correct road. Coming from Aranjuez: Follow the A 4 highway, (direction Madrid) and exit at km. 44. At the roundabout take direction Toledo - CM 2001. Follow this road (CM 4001) until you find the COVECA facilities at km. 34. GPS: careful, if you put Añover de Tajo in your gps it might take you first to this village via a different route - so just look for the A4 and then follow the above instructions.
Travelling by TrainA local train (called Cercanias), leaves Madrid approx. every 20 minutes. You can take this train at the following stations in Madrid : Chamartin - Nuevos Ministerios - Sol or at Atocha. Depending from which station you leave the journey will take between 45 and 60 minutes. Aranjuez is the final station of the journey. COVECA staff will be pleased to meet you at the station and will drive you out to the Center (approx. 15 minutes) Travelling by AirCOVECA can arrange for you to be met at Madrid (Barajas) airport. The departure times are marked on the information screen for the CERCANIAS Trains, which go approx. every 20 minutes and usually depart from platform 3. Ocasionally there is a change of platform which will show up on the information screen very close to departure time.The train is marked “Aranjuez” and usually is available for boarding about ten minutes before departure time. You can take any seat on the train. The train journey from CHAMARTIN to ARANJUEZ is exactly one hour , so once the train departs you can phone your COVECA contact and indicate what time you will be arriving at the station of Aranjuez. Like anywhere in Madrid or the big Spainish cities, keep a close eye on your luggage and handbag and be aware of pickpockets. Madrid Airport - Aranjuez by bus and trainThere is a bus service 24 hours a day between the airport and Atocha Railway station, from where one can catch the train to Aranjuez.
